Please excuse my over simplification in saying that you simply build ‘flying boxes’, which allow people to travel safely.

To accomplish this, you equip your ‘flying boxes’ with advanced technology such as automatic pilots and instruments to monitor the flight data and to keep pilots informed.

If you remove the wings and the human pilot, what do you have left ? You have a box with high-tech instruments to measure pressure, altitude, speed, etc.
